  • The overall length of individual therapy or the number of individual therapy sessions depends on several factors including:

    - Types of issues and symptoms including severity, duration and frequency

    - The amount of effort you put into change outside of your sessions

    - Financial or time limitations

  • Each session lasts 50-55 minutes.

  • No. We don’t recommend having the same clinician for both individual and couple therapy.

  • Most insurance plans cover individual psychotherapy. However, there might be some limitations. Please check your health insurance coverage before beginning therapy.

  • Each individual session costs $135 if you are not using insurance.

  • No. None of our therapists can prescribe medication. If you are interested in medication, your therapist will give you a referral to a psychiatrist.

  • Yes, with your consent. We think it is important to work with other professionals in your healthcare system to provide you the best treatment.

  • Yes. We use a HIPAA compliant platform that is easy to use and provides security to our clients.

  • We offer a free 15 minute consultation over phone or video.
